Prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes where required. Plans are billed and managed through the in-extension checkout; you can view invoices and cancel at any time from the "Manage subscription" link inside the extension. The monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled; Lifetime is a single payment. Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Common billing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You are charged only when the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then.
How do I start a plan?
Open the Focus Cell extension and choose a plan. Checkout happens in a secure window; access continues without interruption when the trial converts.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Change between monthly and yearly from the subscription portal reachable via "Manage subscription" in the extension. The new rate applies from your next billing date.
How do I cancel?
Use "Manage subscription" in the extension to open the customer portal and cancel in a couple of clicks. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within the window described in our Refund Policy.
